Delete your ARchive account and data

This page explains how to delete data ARchive holds about you. It is the page linked from the Google Play "Delete account" field and from the app's Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Wipe everything on your device (instant, no account needed)

1. Open ARchive.
2. Go to Settings › Privacy & Data › Delete All Data.
3. Confirm.

Every container, item, photo and fingerprint stored on that device is removed immediately. This does not need an account and does not need an internet connection.

If you never signed in, this is everything — ARchive holds nothing else about you.

Option 2 — Delete your account and everything stored in the cloud (in the app, instant)

If you signed in (email, Google or Apple) and used sync or household sharing, we also hold a copy of your inventory on our backend. To delete it along with your account:

1. Open ARchive and go to Settings › Account › Delete Account.
2. Confirm.

Immediately, and without anyone at ARchive being involved, this deletes your account, your synced inventory and photos, your household memberships, and any households you own (they are dissolved; other members keep their own devices' local copies of shared data). Your device's local data is wiped at the same time and you are signed out.

Crash reports already sent to our crash-reporting service are the only thing that remains; they contain no photos or item names and expire after 90 days.

Option 3 — Can't get into the app? Ask us

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, use the form below or email xraycontainervision@threeeyedemu.com.au with the subject line "Delete my ARchive account" from the email address on the account. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, then email you a confirmation.
